Lee Corso Doesn't Wear Jeggings

Here at the Kentucky Girls, we're big fans of Erin Andrews. Even if she doesn't always choose attire that we'd deem appropriate.

We make no secret of the fact that Erin has the job we'd both love to have. I mean, she gets paid to watch college sports. Her company flies her all over the country to watch football and basketball. And talk about it. She's even got a great working relationship with Coach Cal. Seriously, what could be better than all that?

Granted, her job has its downsides, too.

But, mainly, we just love Erin. We love Erin for being a pretty SEC girl who "done good."  We respect her for making a lasting name for herself in the male-dominated world of sports broadcasting. We don't however, like her clothes one little bit.

We were thrilled when we heard that Erin was getting her own expanded portion of College GameDay. What a great opportunity for her to expand her professional brand!

But, with all due respect Erin, (and, indeed, we are saying "with all due respect") we'd advise you to cover up.

Did ABC let her keep the wardrobe?
We're now two weeks into Erin's stint as an anchor on College GameDay. As a sports reporter with a shiny new renegotiated contract, she should be flexing her journalistic muscle (or at, very least, providing her signature style of friendly sideline reporting.) Instead, she's standing around in jeggings and sequins. Last week, her pants were so tight that she could barely stand. This week,  a good friend of mine who happens to be a Vols fan (yes, it is possible with a little grace and good taste!) Facebooked me to ask if I thought Erin had taken her Dancing With The Stars costumes on the road this year. Sadly, I was forced to agree.

Erin, honey, you have a lovely figure. We all stood behind you during the trial, swearing that we saw you as more than that figure. And, we're all for accentuating your positive attributes. But there's a thin line between sexy and slutty.  It's time to take a bit of a stand with ESPN. Your GameDay colleagues are in suits. Mercifully, Lee Corso is not wearing jeggings. Perhaps you should consider a similar path.

Corso wears Big Al, but draws the line at jeggings.
